Turned up to be assessed for my refresher on the Counterbalance fork lift truck. Greeted by Colin , made to feel very welcome. From reception to the lecture room, the itinerary was explained clearly in a relaxed environment. Relevant forms filled out . My refresher was completed in a professional well set up venue. Thanks .
