The Accredited Bodies Association (ABA) has identified 3 categories of Tow Tractor and Trailer Courses used in the UK.

They are Category H1, H2, and H3.

The short answer is YES! Various health & safety laws and regulations specifically cover the provision and use of all types of  counterbalance fork lift trucks. Attending any lift truck training course will help educate you on the legal responsibilities of employees and employers.

This depends on the course ratio and your experience level. Novices can take 3 to 5 days. Refreshers are just one day. Experienced operators can take 2 to 3 days. Conversion can be 1 to 2 days.
